    Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge, a leader in offering treatment programs to those battling addiction and mental health, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill our opening for our Marketing & Business Development Manager at our new Rockbridge Residential Treatment & Recovery Program in Buffalo, Mn.

    Job SummaryThe purpose of this role is to drive the census and increase enrollment at RockBridge Treatment & Recovery Services by building awareness, establishing effective relationships with referral networks and partnerships.


    Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.

    The essential functions include the following:
    Establish and maintain professional working relationships with current and prospective referral sources.

    Develop and maintain a list of referral sources by tracking contacts and ensuring that appropriate follow-up visits occur within established timeframes.

    Educate, provide tours, attend community meetings, lunches and make cold and warm calls to potential and current referral sources.
    Participate in networking meetings with providers, businesses, social workers, referral sources and other potential clients.
    Represent RockBridge Treatment & Recovery Services at industry tradeshows, professional conferences, symposiums, and meetings as needed.

    Collaborate with Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge Outreach Director on potential and current external partnerships:
    monthly newsletters, conferences, webinars, etc.

    Work with Communications team to develop advertising and sales material for the program while maintaining RockBridge Treatment and Recovery Services branding.

    Participate in L10 meetings, provide feedback, problem solving and identify opportunities to increase and build census.

    Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in outreach, business development, marketing, sales, or in a relationship management capacity. Experience working within the treatment and recovery industry strongly preferred.
    Preferred bachelor's degree +Self-starter, with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with donors, volunteers, and staff; displays superior judgment and diplomacy skills.

    Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems.
    Strong computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite - i.e. Word, written and verbal skills; Excel, PowerPoint.
    Very well organized; ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to model a lifestyle that is in compliance with Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge's Code of Conduct.

    Possesses an extremely high degree of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail and quality standards.


    Excellent communication skills:
    ability to speak publicly and prepare presentations. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
    Exhibit strong commitment to the organization and dedicated to the spiritual restoration of hurting adults.

    Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization's vehicle insurance carrier.

    Ability to successfully complete background check process.
    Must be able to meet specific staff requirements outlined in Minnesota Statutes 245G.11.
