Description
Pre-requisite:Feasibility studies of applicable technologies or circuitsElectrical and Mechanical design (digital, analog and RF circuits), using schematic, 3D modelling and simulation design toolsDebugging and design verification testing of electro-mechanical systems.
Working in cross functional teams with other groups within product development (Mechanical, Software, Purchasing, Test Engineering, Manufacturing).
Design documentation, collecting test data and creating verification test reportsEducation and Experience Required:2nd year Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering studentBe available for a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 16 months for this internshipExperience with design of digital and/or analog circuits, utilizing acceptable engineering design practices preferred.
Familiar with product approvals procedures and requirements such as Safety, radiated and conducted emissions is an asset.
