Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Delivery Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of payroll projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple payroll projects and possess expertise in , GlobalView, and/or Oracle Fusion Payroll systems. The Payroll Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of payroll services, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end payroll project implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
· Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal and external teams, including HR, finance, IT, vendors, and consultants, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues and obstacles.
· Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the payroll project lifecycle.
· Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance payroll delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications/Experience:
· Experience managing payroll projects, with a focus on , GlobalView, and/or Oracle Fusion Payroll systems.
· Proven track record of successfully leading multiple payroll projects from initiation to completion within budget and timeline constraints.
· Lead end-to-end payroll project implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Minimum Education:
· Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
