    Job Title: Logistics Quality and Safety Manager - USMCA Region

    Reports to: US Logistics Manager, Head of Safety Compliance & Development, Manager of Quality & Transport Safety

    Role Overview:

    The Logistics Quality and Safety Manager will ensure that all logistics operations meet high standards of safety, health, and quality, meeting the expectations of top-tier automotive and food sector clients. This position requires collaboration with international teams and management of partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with LSPs and Terminal operators to develop Health Safety & Wellbeing roadmaps for port, warehouse, road, and rail operations.
    • Implement and enforce safety standards, policies, and best practices across the supply chain.
    • Lead investigations into safety incidents and oversee safety auditing and monitoring programs.
    • Engage in quality and safety management, monitor supplier performance, and manage quality assurance processes.
    • Initiate projects to improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and optimize logistics networks.
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
    • Preferred certification in a recognized safety standard (e.g., OSHA).
    • Affiliation with relevant professional institutions is beneficial.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Extensive experience in logistics safety and quality management, ideally in a similar role.
    • Strong leadership skills managing mid-to-senior level stakeholder relationships.
    • Strategic thinking with a background in logistics operations, safety, quality planning, and development.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
