Job summary
This is a part-time in-office role requiring attendance three days per week. The position supports financial operations within the WWE Travel Department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.Responsibilities
- Process invoices manage vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and process payment batches in a timely manner
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
- Assist with administrative tasks support month-end closing procedures
