At Premier ProduceOne, we're more than a produce distributor; we're a team dedicated to delivering excellence and building a workplace where everyone can grow. We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Warehouse Associate Order Selector. 

The Warehouse Associate – Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing produce orders for shipment in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Select produce items based on customer orders using voice-pick or handheld systems

• Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and damage before packing

• Build pallets securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transport

• Shrink-wrap and label orders for delivery

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or electric riders (training provided)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Follow safety protocols and food handling guidelines

• Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by supervisors

What We're Looking For:

• People that are willing to work in our Warehouse which is a Cold storage environment (typically 34–55°F)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or produce handling experience a plus

• Ability to read and interpret order sheets and labels

• Basic math and counting skills

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
