- Performs selected tasks and phases of routine studies and projects that require application of basic occupational field theory and principles in the technical area of Management and Program Analysis.
- Participates with Senior Personnel in conducting non-routine projects and the planning, monitoring, and conducting special studies, projects and initiatives such as, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Under the direction of senior personnel, provides advisory and support services to managers, supervisors and employees on employee development programs.
- Uses multiple office automation software (i.e. word processing, existing databases/spreadsheets, graphics) with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
- Independently carries out assignments in accordance with instructions and standard procedures.
