US Anesthesia Partners Nevada, the largest physician-owned + led practice in the state, is actively recruiting full-time pediatric anesthesiologists to join our growing and well-respected practice. The estimated compensation for this position is between $480k - $550 annually. This is a salaried position (with the potential to make more) offering $25K sign-on, 10k relocation, and additional incentives for fellowship-trained physicians, plus a $40K student loan repayment program, full healthcare benefits, and a 401k match with quarterly profit-sharing. Plus, the opportunity to be a part of the thriving HCA Sunrise residency program.
Our thriving practice is growing due to local children's hospital programs at HCA, Dignity, and UHS health systems. You would be joining a team of 12 dedicated pediatric anesthesia providers within a practice consisting of 130 Anesthesiologists and 45 CRNAs which provide a full spectrum of anesthesia services, including high-acuity cases, at over 28 Nevada hospitals and health facilities that also serve neighboring states. We are also affiliated with the HCA Sunrise residency, and we offer the opportunity to work with our residency program if desired. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private practice setting that offers a very diverse peds case mix. With a population of nearly 2 million residents, the Las Vegas area including Summerlin and Henderson (recently touted by Forbes as the second safest city in America) offers a variety of resort-style living options for both singles and families with friendly neighborhoods, high-rise condos, and upscale apartment homes.
The contrast between the rocky desert plateaus and the sparkle of a busy city makes Las Vegas an ideal location for the person who wants a variety of landscapes. Living in Las Vegas can be like living in several cities at once. The Las Vegas Valley is comprised of nearly 600 square miles with an ideal climate and 300 days of sunshine that promotes plenty of outdoor activities. As a growing community, Las Vegas also offers a variety of arts and culture options such as City Center, Symphony Park, a downtown arts district and Neon Boulevard. A wide variety of green belts, parks and trail systems are scattered throughout Southern Nevada. From skate parks and community parks with picnic tables and benches to multi-acre areas with water features, sports courts and playgrounds.
If you love the water, Lake Mead is within a 30-minute drive and activities include fishing, swimming, and boating. Hike at nearby Red Rock Conservation area or for a quick change of scenery drive 35 miles northwest to Mount Charleston where you can find cool mountain breezes for summertime hikes or skiing in the winter. You will also find you are conveniently located within less than a half days' drive from multiple beautiful California beaches, and many thrilling National Parks like Zion, Bryce Canyon, Death Valley, and The Grand Canyon
QUALIFICATIONS
- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
For CT and Pediatric positions, completion of a cardiac and/or pediatric fellowship is preferred.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
