We are seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to join our team to facilitate, coordinate and manage project operations as the leader of the on-site management team.     DUTIES:

    + Evaluate construction plans for completeness and constructability.

    + Review and understand contract documents.

    + Coordinate with design consultants to resolve discrepancies in plans and specifications.

    + Develop and maintain interval schedules.

    + Maintain site logistics.

    + Collaborate/coordinate with field personnel to complete self-performed work.

    + Collaborate/coordinate with subcontractor lead personnel.

    + Implement project/company requirements for safety, quality control, risk, compliance, etc.

    + Administer daily project tracking and reporting.

    + Coach and mentor balance of on-site team.

    + Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.

    + Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + Ability to travel as needed to project locations for duration of project.

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Excellent attention to detail.

    + Advanced understanding of construction means, methods and practices.

    + Bachelors degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or 10 years trade experience.

    + Minimum 5 years of related experience with 3 of those years having been in supervisory position.

    + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools.

    + Valid DL and good driving record.
