Our client is currently seeking Production Supervisors in a non-union high-speed manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL due to growth


SHIFT:
Positions are open on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shiftsRelocation is Provided


LOCATION:

Berwyn/Cicero AreaThis job will have the following responsibilities:Provide leadership and training to accomplish all production goalsoversee and develop a team of employees on shiftPrepare and review employees' hours for payroll and ensure accuracyBe the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

Communicate and work with other team members to control and improve the manufacturing processOversee the KPIs and monitor shift performance and establish any deficienciesRequirements/Skills:
