    Description for Customer Support Rep:

    • Provide a high level of attention to detail in all work product
    • Provide support to our customers, sales team and upper management by identifying and assessing needs and facilitating positive outcomes
    • Data entry and spreadsheet management
    • Customer outreach and follow up including cold calling and new customer outreach projects
    • All support is done in an office setting

    Details for Customer Support Rep:
    -$16.50-$18HR


    • Monday
    • Friday
    -8AM-4:30PM


    Requirements for Customer Support Rep:

    • Lift 50 75 lbs
    • Stand, stoop, bend, pull
    • Some background restrictions may apply
    • Ability to pass drug test
    • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Prior customer support, office/clerical experience preferred
    • Sales or cold outreach experience preferred
