    TalentBridge is searching for a Customer Care Support Specialist
    Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for administering supply and dispatch support for contracted accounts through various communication channels such as phone, fax, mail, and email. This role involves efficiently dispatching Technicians for service calls while maintaining accurate records related to these calls. Additionally, acting as a central point of communication for customer care calls will be a crucial aspect of this position.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a combination of order processing, customer service, customer account maintenance/support, and dispatch experience
    • Skills:
      • Detail-oriented with a self-starter attitude
      • Demonstrated use of CRM systems preferred
      • Professional telephone manner with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
      • Good communication skills for both one-on-one and small group interactions
      • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
