    • Lead a team to create, develop and check various pipeline drawings including (but not limited to) the following and the base files needed to produce them: alignment sheets, property plats, permits, HDDs, typicals, vicinity maps, environmental, soil plan sediment control drawings, FERC drawings, and sometimes various mechanical drawings for mainline valves, side tap valves launcher/receiver drawings.
    • Plotting drawings, assembling drawing packages (hardcopies electronic) for delivery to client or contractors.
    • Duties may include the plotting of property deeds, processing survey data, using various cad and alignment sheet generator software.
    • May also be required to make site visits to the field, attend project meetings with the client, contractors and others disciplines involved on projects.
    EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School diploma (min) with 1 to 4 years of college or technical equivalent preferred.
    • 8+ years of direct working experience in Pipeline Mapping/Design and a minimum of 6 years of CAD experience.
    • Field survey or construction experience is a plus.
    • Keen knowledge and understanding of pipeline design and mapping. Proficient with AutoCad Civil 3D. Additional experience with Blue Sky/Skyline and Microstation desired.
    • GIS experience is a plus.
    • Cadworx experience is also a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, to multi-task, to represent the company well with clients contractors.
    • Ability to work well with other designers, engineers, project managers, etc. in a group or to work alone as needed to insure the success of the project.
