    Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager, Kallista

    As a key member of the team at Kohler, this role will focus on building a global network of supply partners to deliver high-end products for the kitchen and bath space.

    • Sourcing direct materials and finished goods from luxury suppliers worldwide.
    • Negotiating commercial agreements with exclusive brand partners to drive business growth.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost goals are met.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in purchasing or supply chain management with expertise in direct-materials sourcing. International purchasing experience is required along with excellent communication skills cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Ability to travel up to 25% globally is necessary. This role offers competitive compensation starting at $115800 annually plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
