Looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep in the Manchester, TN area.

This is an excellent opportunity with a global company This position requires someone with at least 3 years' of customer service experience.

This person should be well versed in email communication, as well as Microsoft Office.

$ $17 per hour

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Correspond timely andaccurately to all customer inquiries
Uses judgement and takes personal action implementing the best method to resolve issues
Input all incoming orders into ERP System
Follow order status through the life of the order
complete and file eforms
coordinates material repacks, warehouse transfers and quality judgement via request
other duties as assigned
Skills

• Customer Service (3 years of experience is required)
• Basic Software Skills
• Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is required)
• email communication (6 months of experience is required)
