AR Accountant - Anaheim, United States - Advantex Professional Services

Description

We are currently seeking an AR Accountant for a direct hire opportunity with our client located in Aliso Viejo. This position will be working onsite, but eventually will be hybrid.

Pay is $70,000 to $80,000 per year


AR Accountant Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for the full AR duties, including invoicing and billing
Handle the month-end close process and reconciliation of the AR accounts
Sales and use taxes, exemptions and monthly journal entries
Strong understanding of cost centers
Sending out customer invoices, processing credit card transaction and collection calls
Oversee the AR inbox, and vendor management


AR Accountant Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting highly preferred
3-5 years of solid experience with accounts receivable
Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving skills
