Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Benefits is responsible for the strategic design, governance and operational excellence of the organization's benefit programs.This role ensures that benefit programs are competitive innovative cost effective compliant and aligned with the organization total rewards philosophy.
This role leads cross-functional initiatives manages vendor relationships and serves as a subject matter expert on health welfare retirement leave wellbeing programs.
