    • 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts




        • You will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation). Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
        Demonstrate competency and practice within your full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge. Use appropriate age-specific standards designated in your assigned clinical setting.
        Care for patients throughout all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up as they move along the continuum of care.
