Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine and some non-routine functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial areas.

**Note: This role is hybrid/flex & requires candidates to be located within 250 miles of Wes Des Moines, IA **

Required Job Qualifications:

• Must work with high degree of accuracy, courtesy, timeliness, logic and structure
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization
• Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in an office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Commission experience (Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable)
• Insurance premium billing experience (Health, Life, STD, LTD)
• Experience with multiple web-based banking sites
• Team player who is dependable and has a positive attitude
