- Purchasing: Sources products through online searches, places product orders via website or chat, verifies product order records, coordinates product delivery, and maintains incoming product records within internal spreadsheets.
- Order Management and Processing: Processes customer orders placed through online retail platforms within the CRM (DOit), updates customer information for new and existing accounts, coordinates incomplete or on-hold orders, verifies account registration for new customers.
- Customer Service: Provides exceptional customer service via phone and email, handles inbound call volume during peak times researches and resolves discrepancies serves as point of contact for retail platform support inquiries.
- eCommerce Platform Management: Reviews product inventory levels manages the online product catalog including pricing quantity updates maintains trending product pricing lists completes other project-based assignments as required.
