Description

The Sales / Estimator is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of the Proposal Submitted and Awarded Report, maintenance of appropriate systems for internal control and external reports of the results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Sales / Estimators basic function is to secure sales, and provide accurate and timely estimates to the President and others identified by the President.

Ensures that the policies and procedures of the company are carried out in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives as set forth by the President.

Shares responsibility for the maintenance, in good order, of all sales records and other files assigned to this function and the safekeeping of all company records including computer information.

Coordinates and is responsible along with the President and other sales personnel for the forecasts and budget information (with inputs from the management team), and helps in presenting the final annual sales budget which will meet or exceed the plans and goals of the company to the President.

Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
