- Direct and oversee all aspects of property's operations including processes supervision coaching of associates
- Exhibit servant-first leadership by putting the needs of the team first providing training feedback to continually enhance individual overall performance ensuring necessary resources are available to meet KPIs improve service quality exceed resident expectation
- Maintain profitable operations by meeting KPIs managing property budgets Partner with marketing team utilize creative marketing social media strategies increasing qualified traffic closing ratios Produce daily weekly reports send resident communications coordinate resident function Participate in property inspections with lenders investors senior leadership resolve issues as needed Support maintenance team inspect grounds curb appeal safety appearance maintain cleanliness communicating service needs Maintain positive communications residents provide excellent service timely response needs concerns Maintain accurate knowledge property other Mills properties local market competitors Collaborate Construction CapEx team regarding new development or rehab Abide laws pertaining Fair Housing Americans Disabilities Act Embrace Mills values apply responsibility
