We are currently seeking an Director of HR to work for a client in the Albuquerque, NM area.

Job Duties:

• Support staff and management needs by being an effective conduit of communication between management and employee for day to day optimal performance.
• Performs recruitment and selection activities and coordinate New Hire Employee Orientation.
• Monitors corrective action.
• Coordinates Education and Training programs.
• Provides records management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy for each personnel record.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations related to personnel administration, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA, OSHA and Compensation Benefits.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience as a Human Resource Director, preferably in the field of rehabilitation/habilitation MA/MS.
• Participation in recent continuing education programs related to Human Resources, per licensing requirements.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in high performance teams and performing as a proven strong team player.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
