    JOB SUMMARY

    The Learning and Development:
    Leadership Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing an effective leadership development framework.

    They will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs and learning assets to enhance the skills, capabilities, and performance of our current and future leaders.


    The Learning and Development:

    Leadership Development Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess training needs, and create and/or curate customized development programs / plans to drive leadership excellence throughout the organization.

    * Located in El Dorado, AR or Whitehouse Station, NJ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Needs Assessment:
    Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and developmental opportunities for leaders and emerging leaders.

    Program Framework:
    Design and implement an effective leadership development framework for the enterprise.

    Program Design:

    Develop and/or curate leadership development programs, including curriculum, training materials, and resources, to meet specific organizational needs and goals.


    Facilitation:
    Deliver engaging and impactful leadership development programs / workshops, both in-person and virtually.

    Mentorship and Coaching:
    Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to high-potential leaders, helping them develop their leadership skills and competencies

    Performance Evaluation:

    Evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development framework and leadership development programs through feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with HR, talent management, and senior leadership to align leadership development initiatives with overall organizational goals and strategies.


    Content Development:
    Create customized programs to address key development themes. Create and update leadership development content, including eLearning, videos, and written resources.

    Technology Utilization:
    Stay current with learning and development technologies and tools to enhance program delivery and efficiency. Manage content and workshops through our Learning Management System.

    Best Practices:

    Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in leadership development and apply them to our framework / programs.


    Training Methods:
    Utilize a variety of the training methods, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs and processes;

    Other:
    Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist with a focus on leadership development.
    Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices.
    Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
    Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs.
    Proficiency with eLearning tools.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
