- Work Directly with Clients: You'll be a main point of contact for new clients, helping them understand how to use our software to meet their unique needs.
- Customize Solutions: Tailor our software settings to fit each client's requirements, ensuring they get the most out of our product.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support to resolve any issues that arise.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with our development team to improve the software.
- Project Management: Keep track of multiple client implementations, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Education: A high school diploma is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in implementation or a similar role, preferably in the I/DD or healthcare industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage projects, and proficiency in technology.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
