Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring, onboarding recruitment and project management for a full-time job at a well established corporation in Portland, TN. This is a great direct-hire role that that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Works with the hiring managers for recruiting
Communicates with external customers, candidates and internal employees
Recruits candidates through online platforms
Compiles interview questions for each position
Interviews candidates
Compiles information for data trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HR or a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, hiring and on-boarding
High volume recruiting
Experience in posting jobs online
Experience in ATS systems and Microsoft
Travel up to 30-40%

Employment Type: Full-time, direct-hire
Compensation: $36-43/hr
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
