    Position: Physical Therapist

    Location: Phoenix, Arizona

    Schedule: Monday through Friday

    Compensation: $75k to $95k per year plus bonus

    Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k

    Job Summary:

    We are excited to welcome a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a dedicated Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to transforming lives through evidence-based rehabilitative care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and range of motion.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities.
    • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Employ advanced techniques to alleviate pain, improve functional abilities, and promote independence in daily activities.
    • Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and techniques for at-home rehabilitation.
    • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
    • Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • 2 Years Experience in Outpatient PT Setting (Orthopedics Preferred)
    • Current and valid Arizona State Physical Therapy License.
    • Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with expertise in various treatment approaches.
    • Strong communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
    • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.
