    **Customer Support Specialist**

    New York, NY / Commerce Customer Experience / Full-Time We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist based in New York, NY. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be engaging with our customers through email, text, and social media across assigned business segments. You will be responsible for both enhancing the overall customer shopping experience and handling day-to-day escalated issues from customers while maintaining the standard of unparalleled customer service we are creating at Barstool Sports. You will be a key part of the Barstool Sports team with the opportunity to vastly expand your operations, customer support, and e-commerce knowledge. This role is best suited for someone who has a knack for working with people, strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills. You will have a background rich with customer service and troubleshooting with a focus on e-commerce solutions. Additionally, we dont just hire support robots. Everyone on the customer experience team contributes to the product and vision of where we are taking Barstool. You should absolutely love what you do and care about every Stoolie's experience with us. + Act as the voice of Barstool Sports on the front lines, delivering great experiences and developing lasting relationships with customers via emails, social media, and texts where applicable across assigned business segments.

    + Handle day to day escalations across Barstool Sports internal teams, customer support teams, and third-party product partners

    + Own project-based work within Customer Experience and Operations.

    + Record and relay recurring weekly customer feedback and insights related to tech, operations, and products in order to constantly improve the customer experience.

    + Become a product support expert in order to best serve customers and the overall Barstool Sports order experience.

    + Monitor the end-to-end orders process within Shopify and manage any issues with orders.

    + You have 1+ years of experience in customer support, ideally in a variety of channels and for an e-commerce operation.

    + You know Barstool Sports, its brands and personalities.

    + Stellar written communication skills and great grammar.

    + Strong people skills Youre invigorated by constant personal interaction. You hear people out and are attentive.

    + Quick learner, ability to think on your feet and adapt to change in a fast-paced media environment. We move fast and youll need to keep up.

    + Get shit done mentality and no task is too small attitude.

    + Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.

    + Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Loop Returns, and Shopify.

    + You love documentation and process.

    + Previous E-Commerce experience is a huge plus.

    + Limited evening and weekend availability for special events and new product launches.
