Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Madison, WI

Pay: $45/hr

Experience: 8-10 years of nursing experience required.

Education:

A nursing license is required.
Associate's degree in nursing is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Rotating Shifts: 5:30 am to 1 pm, 6:30 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, OR 11 pm to 7 am (Only 40 hours a week)

Job Description:

Keep a watchful eye on our patients, charting their adventures and swooping in with any necessary action when conditions change.
Embrace your inner tech whiz as you assemble and wield cool equipment like catheters, tracheotomy tubes, and oxygen supplies.
Ready for some lab action? Collect samples like a pro and run routine tests to unveil medical mysteries.
Be the hero of the care plan Give direct patient care, following the playbook to ensure our patients feel like VIPs.
Ever dreamt of being a medicine dispenser? Administer prescription meds and injections like a champ, following all the rules and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Are you a chatterbox with a knack for solving puzzles? Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills are a must
Fly solo like a pro Effectively manage your time and rock it independently.
Got the basics down? You should have a solid grasp of all things diagnosis and treatment-related.
Love crunching numbers? Basic data analysis skills will come in handy for accurately documenting and recording results.
Know the Nurse Practice Act like the back of your hand - we're counting on you to be our legal eagle
Can you type at the speed of light? Computer proficiency is key, especially for electronic charting and data entry.
Superheroes need armor - TB and HBV vaccines are required to join our league of extraordinary nurses
