    Job Title: Director of Human Resources

    Salary: $101.6k - $130.5k (depending on experience) + Relocation Bonus

    Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k)

    Requirements:

    • Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience
    • SHRM Certification

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee recruitment efforts for both providers and staff, including sourcing, creating job descriptions, onboarding, and retention strategies
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures
    • Lead union negotiations
    • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, employment laws, and federal legislation, with a focus on existing Oregon knowledge
    • Cultivate a collaborative team environment by emphasizing organizational culture
    • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
    • Manage budget planning and allocation
    • Supervise a team, requiring previous management experience
