Responsible for efficient operation of front office market shop housekeeping breakfast & transportation departments works closely with staff in all hotel departments as well as other related areas serves as leader for team members while fostering teamwork morale motivation open communication coaches and develops team members using approachable demeanor clearly articulating expectations endorses business objectives ethics values Penn Entertainment resolves guest complaints timely courteous effective manner manages arrangements VIP guests room inspections pre-registration VIP treatment maintains strict confidentiality departmental company matters assists payroll processing Marketshop operations inventory management budgeting evaluating monthly financial statements responsible team member coaching training team member evaluations progressive discipline through forecasting works meet exceed projected occupancies player value average daily rates yield maximization ensures compliance corporate Internal Audit SOX requirements manages hotel group bookings works banquets team maximize group bookings experiences coordinates other departments ensure guest team member needs met performs duties associated Hotel Operations staff necessary ensures hotel staff well-trained service levels established standards must work flexible schedule nights weekends holidays fluctuating days off assists development updating standards service departmental SOPs meet updated departmental needs enhance guest experience responds quickly courteously guest requests follows up ensure guest satisfaction trained able help all hotel departments needed follows company department policies procedures SOPs communicates effectively other staff thoroughly familiar related HAZCOM information MSDS chemicals use Blood Borne Pathogen prevention response follows safety handling procedures assists training monitoring safe usage adherence proper procedures presents professional image times appearance behavior actively participates hotel meetings training programs etc
