    • As an Ivy Surrogacy surrogate, you will have the opportunity to help create families for individuals and couples who are struggling with infertility.

    Fundamental Qualifications


    To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:


    • Be between the ages of 21-36 years old

    • Have delivered at least one healthy child with no major complications in the past

    • No more than two cesarean sections or five deliveries total

    • A body mass index (BMI) of 32 or below

    • Be a US citizen or permanent resident without any current drug/alcohol use issues
