Description
As a Guthrie Primary Care provider, you play a critical role in caring for our patients in your office while collaborating with Guthrie Specialists through a strong referral network.
Highlights of the OpportunityFull-time, outpatient-only practice. OB optional at this location.
Practice full spectrum Family Medicine seeing patients from birth to geriatrics
Collaborate with peer physicians and advanced practice providers

Work Life Balance
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. traditional schedule; would consider four day work week and flexible schedules
Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
~ Base salary starting at $275,000 annually
~ Starting Bonus - $100,000
~ Medical school loan repayment - $150,000
~ Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance
~ Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions
~ Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
~$10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis
~ Salary range - $232,000-$291,000
