    OUR MANAGEMENT ROLES:
    • $55,000 - $65,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $65,000 - $95,000/yr
    • Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position
    • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
    • Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required
    • Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency
    OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:
    • $36,000 - $45,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $72,000 - $120,000/yr
    • Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position
    • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
    • Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required
    • Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency
    OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:
    • $42,000 - $52,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $45,000 - $62,000/yr
    • Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position
    • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
    • Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required

    Responsibilities

    Establish strong, lasting customer relationships and follow up with customers.
    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.

    Requirements

    Able to commute daily to South St. Paul, MN
    Current Minnesota Property and Casualty License Required
    2+ years of active insurance sales experience Preferred
    Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply
    Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
    Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    People-oriented
    Detail-oriented
    Proactive in problem resolution
    Excellent computer skills
    Ability to work in a close team environment
