This position is responsible for cleaning the property's common areas according to company and public health standards.

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning windows, doors, hallways, bathrooms, and other public areas ,
- Parking lot trash and outdoor furniture organization ,
- Assist housekeeping and laundry teams as needed stripping linen and trash ,
- Assist maintenance teams as needed with special projects including heavy lifting mattress flipping furniture moving + , + + +< h 2 > + < b > Qualifications < ul > - Must be dependable honest respectful able to work in a fast-paced environment. -- Must be able to work weekdays weekends holidays . - Must have reliable transportation .
