• Job Function: 01 - Filling Orders: Accurately fills orders for pharmacist's review and dispensing. Prepares extemporaneous preparations and stocks all areas diligently.


• Job Function: 02 - Distribution/Returns: Handles requests via phone, window, fax, and computer professionally. Distributes orders to the appropriate pharmacist and delivers medications efficiently.


• Job Function: 03 - Teamwork: Supports departmental goals as a team player, assisting staff members and adapting to various roles.


• Job Function: 04 - Sterile Preparations: Prepares IVs aseptically and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and storage. Demonstrates strong knowledge of IV equipment and sterile techniques.


• Job Function: 05 - Automated Dispensing Machine: Fills automated dispensing machines accurately and handles discrepancies promptly. Reviews reports and ensures machine functionality.


• Job Function: 06 - Repackaging/Inventory Control: Repackages medications, checks expirations, and maintains inventory accurately.


• Job Function: 07 - Performance Improvement/Customer Satisfaction: Provides excellent customer service, participates in improvement initiatives, and supports departmental goals.


• Job Function: 08 - Education/Training: Completes training programs, coaches new employees, and stays updated on industry developments.


• Job Function: 09 - Standards and Regulations: Maintains knowledge of regulations, documentation, and compliance standards.
