    Departmental Overview

    3NW is a 28 bed medical-surgical unit that takes care of wide variety of patients. We provide training for medical-surgical, Telemetry, Bariatrics & Neurosurgery. You will have National certification opportunities for both medical-surgical and Bariatrics.

    Our Bariatric program in partnership with the Journey Clinic for all weight loss care is Nationally Certified through the Joint Commission.

    We care for patients throughout their entire weight loss journey and beyond. We work with interdisciplinary team of medical professionals for the complete patient care. 3NW has great teamwork atmosphere and a wonderful place to work, learn and grow.

    Job Summary

    RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:

    * collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data
    * establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
    * delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
    * performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing prepare

    Qualifications

    Education


    • Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
    Experience


    • Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.
    (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
