- Meet a minimum of 120 billable hours monthly
- Effectively communicate treatment results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other professionals

- Include caregivers in the treatment process
- Engage with payers professionally and informatively
- Stay updated on ABA best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate effectively with other center leaders
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is a globally renowned institution specializing in the effective treatment of individuals of all age groups diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Through a team of skilled technicians, behavior analysts, and researchers, CARD develops and executes high-standard, personalized treatment programs that lead to success.
Position Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor holds responsibility for all clinical aspects of treatment for the assigned patients.
This encompasses evaluating the patient's skills and challenging behaviors, creating treatment plans, supervising treatment implementation, collaborating with and training the patient's caregivers, as well as providing continuous guidance and training to behavioral technicians.
Treatment plans are primarily designed to target critical areas and may take place in various settings including the CARD center, patient's residence, school, community, or through telehealth sessions.
Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager. This position is full-time and salaried.
