JOB TITLE:
Compliance Coordinator
(Full Time)
LOCATION:
Oakland, CA (Bay Area)
This position requires the skills and ability to provide compliance reporting and office administrative support.
Job duties include customer service, preparing reports in spreadsheets, reviewing incoming inspections, creating estimates and proposals for our internal Operations and Business Development teams.
Candidate will work with the Project and Service Coordinator and Portfolio Manager to ensure consistent best in industry customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming inspection reports, tracking and verification of Closed Calls, call status tracking, entering new inspections to database, modifying existing reports as needed, and handling all general inquiries as required.
Complete internal Audit of Existing or modified reports from others.
Monitor and follow up on work order approvals.
Administer check in process when missing reports or details needed per NFPA.
Identify Parts/Materials for service work order estimates.
Provide Deficiency repair Quotes to customers with the assistance of the Service Supervisor or Portfolio Manager.
Schedule and follow up on all monthly inspections with Project and Service Coordinator.
Establish and maintain a customer satisfaction follow up and call back procedure and provide senior management with appropriate feedback.
Field visits to customer sites for quality check and FireCloud verification
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
COMPETENCIES:
Skilled and self-motivated individual, team-oriented and can work well alone or together with others.
Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
General knowledge of Google sheets for reporting.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work Overtime or Weekends as needed or requested.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years experience in service dispatch or project coordination or management
High school diploma or GED equivalent
PERFERRED EXPERIANCE
Fire life safety industry knowledge
NICET Certification
Fire Life Safety Report knowledge on NFPA 72, 101, 13, 25, Etc.
