    POSITION OVERVIEW


    Responsible for a wide range of problem-solving opportunities both operationally and strategically and will require the ability to form strong recommendations supported by robust analysis.


    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple programs.
    • Act as the subject matter expert and collaborate with leadership on new initiatives, products and services.
    • Identify opportunities and solutions to improve company products, processes, and procedures.
    • In collaboration with the finance team, participate monthly meetings with leadership to analyze program progress, spending against budget, and recommend budget adjustments.
    • Participate in future-year planning and strategy activities while providing thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact.
    • Under the direction of the Program Manager execute and maintain standard operating procedures for various programs.
    • Prepare and complete action plans for program roll outs.
    • Under the direction of the Program Manager identify and manage operational objectives.
    • Maintain relationships between outside vendors and partners for programs.
    • Communicate with internal team on new programs and trainings.
    • Manage robust flow of communication from the client.
    • Maintain and manage client expectations.
    • Ensure programs are run efficiently and profitable.
    • Coordinate with internal team members to execute on programs.
    • Collect requirements to close programs.
    • Review and monitor the success of projects once completed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the department and that help to make Lendistry the best place to work

    PROFICIENCIES

    • Advanced technical skills in MS Suite, Lucid, Tableau, SalesForce.
    • Project Management platform experience a plus
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve.
    • Ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations. Combines entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self- motivate and follow-through on projects

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Proven experience in project or program management
    • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
    • Excellent customer service skills

    SALARY
    $ $35.00/Hourly, depending upon experience and location
