- Provide Tier II-III network/desktop support.
- Troubleshootnetwork connectivity problems, including monitoring the network and servers for problems, diagnosing problems, and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution.
- Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems.
- Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes.
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
- Support the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff understand network resources.

- Bachelor's DegreeinComputer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts or three (3) yearsof relevant experience in place of degree requirement.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and remote desktop (Citrix).
- Cisco Certification
- Microsoft or related certification.
- Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Brocade Certified Professional.
- Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
