    Perm Pay Rate:
    STARTING $31.01/HR - WITH Journeyman license $32.85/


    HR STARTING SUMMARY:

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to producing top-quality vehicles while ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

    Your responsibilities encompass the careful stewardship of our machinery, guaranteeing their smooth operation, reducing production downtime, and thus, shaping the success of our manufacturing endeavors.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Equipment Maintenance:
    Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including robotic systems, conveyor systems, and production machinery.

    Troubleshooting:
    Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring production efficiency.

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment manuals.

    Safety:
    Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and protocols.

    Teamwork:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and resolve technical issues


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
    • Journeyman's license (preferred)
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an automotive manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
