- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, lease agreements, market data, and other relevant information.
- Majority of time is spent assisting in the day-to-day operational activities of the business.
- Have direct access to all levels within the organization to gain direct training in finance and real estate principles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with the team.
- Communicate regularly and follow-up often.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful transactions and satisfied clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal required.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented focus.
