Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and constructing cost estimates on a variety of public and commercial construction projects, including high-rise structures.

This role is an integral part of the project team and requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team to review project scope and obtain information for the preparation of estimates.
Develop pricing and labor estimates based on drawings, specifications, and material lists.
Analyze drawings and construction scope to ensure accuracy of pricing and estimating.
Evaluate alternative materials and methods for cost-savings.
Research and evaluate current local labor rates and cost of materials.
Consult with subcontractors to ensure pricing competitiveness.
Prepare estimates for the entire project, broken down by phase.
Present cost estimates to the project team for review and approval.
Perform periodic post-bid analysis to ensure accuracy of estimates.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the public and/or commercial construction industry.
Experience in estimating high-rise structures.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing.
Excellent math, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
