    Promote and profitably lead the BlueSkye Systems business including but not limited to systems specified projects, "allied" material handling equipment and catalog sales.

    The expectation is to establish and maintain a business unit within BlueSkye that is to be both a net financial contributor to the organization and enhance BlueSkye's capabilities, which positively contribute to the sale of new and used equipment.

    Increase dealer sales volume through leading the sales team, contacting prospective customers for equipment such as the following items: storage racking, shelving, modular offices, mezzanines, dock equipment, overhead cranes, specialty mobile equipment, and aerial equipment in a scale adequate to meet our targeted goals.

    Deliver the target profitability results for the engineered systems portfolio.

    Train and develop the Engineered Sales team on the available product and tools to provide superior customer service and sales for those services.

    Ensure the planned maintenance and TM&R contract knowledge of the Engineered Systems group is adequate to grow that portion of our business as well.

    Educate BlueSkye Account Managers and PSSR to a level adequate to recognize opportunities and leads as well as how to handle / process them.

    Provide project support assistance when needed
    Manage the Warehouse Specialist to support our Class II / III goals.

    Direct the efforts surrounding catalog sales to grow the sales volume in that area and do so in an efficient manner.

    Direct the sales organization selling Warehouse and Engineered Systems products using our segmentation strategy using our Go to Market approach.

    This position requires a strong business acumen as it will be responsible for the financial results as well as the sales growth.

    A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or engineering is required with an industrial engineering focus preferred.
    This position requires and aggressive, personable, sales-oriented individual with a positive attitude. A thorough knowledge of the equipment lines BlueSkye represents is required.

    Language Skills
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
