- The Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFX) Asset Manager III plans, directs, and coordinates the property operations of the contract.
- Duties and responsibilities include formulating property policies, managing daily property and logistics operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources supporting property and supply operations.
- They work closely with Functional Area Leads on management of administrative issues, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.

- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of position-specific relevant experience
- 9 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- Active Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
