    Program Management Specialist

    Why This is an Exciting Role:

    As a Program Management Specialist at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for working with engineers to define and implement Agile methodologies to gain process improvements, agility in schedules and development, and first-time quality of transactions between teams for a large engineering organization.

    Experience and Qualifications:
    To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

    Required Education and Years of Experience:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.

    Master's degree +1 year related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).

    Required Qualifications:
    Competency in Agile platforms such as Jira or Gitlab
    Experience with execution of program planning to include cost, schedule, and technical baselines
    Experience interacting with customers and suppliers
    Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to workunder general supervision, with no instructions needed for routine work

    Desired Qualifications:
    Scrum Master Certification and experience developing Project and Program Plans
    Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or GMD program experience
    Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills

    Telework Availability:
    This position is expected to be 100% onsite

    Summary Pay Range:
    Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
    $57,000 - $102,000
