    This Commercial Sales Incentive Analyst will report to the Associate Director, Sales Analytics.


    Responsibilities:
    Configure and administer global incentive compensation plans in IBM Incentive Compensation Management system.
    Prepare, calculate, and analyze the quarterly incentive compensation payouts for financial accruals and payouts.
    Implement effective controls and reporting to ensure the integrity of the incentive compensation calculations and payouts.
    Research and respond to ad-hoc inquiries from sales team members about their plan details and payouts.
    Assist in providing stakeholders with quarterly reporting on payout data and effectiveness of plans.
    Evaluate various metrics and compensation structures based on analysis of historical compensation data.
    Assist in quota planning process using historical data and budget targets.

    Ensure accuracy and compliance of payouts in a timely manner while collaborating with business partners across Sales, Regional Sales Operations, Compliance, HR, and Finance.

    Implement, maintain and administer systems and infrastructure (IBM Incentive Compensation Management system).Strive for continuous improvement and process automation/system enhancements in payout calculations, analysis and reporting.


    Who You AreRequirements:


    Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, etc.)5+ years of work experience with 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Compensation or Sales OperationsUnderstanding of and experience with sales compensation structures and mechanics (e.g., plan components and weights, pay mix, leverage, quotas, MBOs, crediting, accelerators, etc.)Prior experience with consistent and accurate implementation, execution and measurement of incentive compensation programsOperationally focused, process oriented, and data driven with a keen eye for details and razor focused on accuracyExcel modeling skills, particularly as it pertains to compensation modelingDemonstrated experience implementing/operationalizing cross-functional projectsExperience configuring and administering sales compensation systems like ICM a plusExcellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
