    The Director of Medical Funding Communications leads the development and execution of communication strategies for efficient guidance of speech-language pathologists and families through the medical funding process. This role ensures consistent, personalized, and exciting messaging while overseeing the funding communications team. Collaborating with senior leadership, marketing, and operations, the Director aligns communication strategies with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include utilizing technology for decision-making, maintaining brand consistency, establishing KPIs for communication effectiveness, and optimizing workflows for continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver key messages aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs for communication effectiveness.
    • Oversee funding communications team for quick, clear, and consistent messaging.
    • Determine KPIs for the team's execution of communication strategy.
    • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and business development for consistent communication.
    • Maintain current workflows and tailor communication efforts for continuous improvement.
    • Optimize communication workflows across organization functions.
    • Ensure nimble communication infrastructure for rapid changes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications roles, with a strong preference for candidates who have focused on customer-facing communication strategy for service delivery
    • DME or Medical Device industry experience is highly preferred

    Additional Information:

    • Salary Range: target of $140,000-$160,000
    • Annual bonus range of $20,000-$30,000 based on personal performance
    • Flexibility in a hybrid/remote/ onsite arrangement; you choose.
