    As a Perioperative RN you will circulate surgical cases in an ambulatory perioperative setting in a fast paced environment.

    Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

    * Addresses patient needs during admission to the operating room, with attention to requirements specific to the outpatient setting
    * Identifies the patient and correct surgical intervention according to policy / procedure and communicates such information to all members of the surgical team
    * Reviews patients' medical records / needs to plan care with other healthcare team members
    * Explains intraoperative phase of routine procedures and care to the patient
    * Performs the circulating nurse's role and functions following approved operating room procedures to meet the requirements of scheduled procedures
    * Provides continuity of patient care by communicating with other perioperative care personnel and documenting records accordingly
    * Responds in a timely manner to meet the needs of the patient and physician to maintain surgeon's preference and procedures cards

    Required Qualifications:

    * Current, unrestricted NV RN license or temporary NV RN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV RN license upon expiration of temporary NV RN license
    * BLS
    * ACLS
    * PALS (within 90 days of hire)
    * 1+ year of critical care experience in an Operating Room environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
